Last updated June 7, 2026 - The agreement between Rezify and the shops who use it

01Acceptance
By installing the Rezify embed, creating an account, or using the dashboard, you agree to these Terms. If you use Rezify on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business.
02The service
Rezify provides an embeddable AI design studio and a dashboard for managing the concepts and leads it produces. We may update, improve, or modify features over time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
03Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate account and contact information and keep it current.
04Plans and credits
Subscriptions keep your Studio embed live and set your monthly draft cap. They renew automatically each term until cancelled.
Credit packs are one-time purchases that unlock print-ready file downloads. Credits do not expire while your account is active.
Prices are shown at checkout. Taxes may apply. Billing is handled by our payment processor; see the Refund Policy for cancellations and refunds.
05Your content and AI output
You retain ownership of the logos, images, and prompts you upload. You grant Rezify a limited license to process those inputs to generate concepts and operate the service.
Subject to these Terms and your active plan, concepts generated for you are yours to use for your printing and business purposes. You are responsible for ensuring your inputs and intended use do not infringe anyone's rights, including trademarks, logos, and copyrighted material you do not have permission to use.
06Acceptable use
You agree not to use Rezify to:
Upload or generate content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or that depicts or exploits minors.
Misuse another party's brand, trademark, or likeness without authorization.
Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the service, or circumvent usage limits.
Resell or sublicense the service except as expressly permitted.
We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
07Intellectual property
Rezify and its software, branding, and dashboard are owned by us and protected by law. Except for the rights expressly granted here, no license to our intellectual property is given.
08Disclaimers
The service is provided as is and as available. AI-generated concepts may contain errors or require revision before printing. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
09Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Rezify's total liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or production costs.
10Termination
You may cancel at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or non-payment. On termination, your right to use the service ends; certain provisions, including ownership, disclaimers, and liability, survive.
11Changes and contact
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new last updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept them. Questions? Email legal@rezify.io.
