Refund Policy
01Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription anytime from the dashboard. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
- Monthly plans are non-refundable for the current month, but you keep access until the period ends.
- Annual plans may be eligible for a prorated refund of unused full months within 14 days of renewal, at our discretion.
- If you switch plans mid-cycle, charges are prorated automatically. You are credited for unused time on your old plan and charged the difference, if any.
02Credit packs
Credit packs are one-time purchases that unlock print-ready downloads. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Once a credit has been spent to download a print-ready file, that credit is non-refundable because the file has been delivered.
03Install fees
The one-time white-glove install fee is refundable before installation begins. Once our team has installed and verified your embed, the install fee is non-refundable.
04How to request a refund
Email billing@rezify.io from the address on your account, including your shop name and the charge in question. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5 to 10 business days.
05Chargebacks and disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first. We can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended until the balance is settled.
