Privacy Policy

01Scope

Rezify provides an AI design studio that print shops embed on their own websites, plus a dashboard where shops manage the concepts and leads it generates. This policy explains what information we handle when you use rezify.io, the embedded Studio, or the shop dashboard.

When you use a Studio embedded on a shop website, that shop controls the contact details and designs you submit. Rezify processes that information on the shop's behalf as described below.

02What we collect

Information you provide

• Design inputs - the prompts you type, the product surface you choose, and any images or logos you upload to generate a concept.
• Contact details - name, email, and phone number you share to save or submit a concept to a shop.
• Account details - for shop owners, your name, business name, email, and billing information.

Information collected automatically

• Basic device and usage data, such as browser type, pages viewed, and approximate region, to keep the service secure and reliable.
• Generated concepts and their metadata, including status, draft count, and timestamps.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use uploaded logos or generated concepts to train third-party models without permission.

03How we use it

• To generate design concepts from your inputs and deliver them to the shop dashboard.
• To connect interested customers with the shop they were designing for.
• To operate, secure, and improve the service, and to provide support.
• To process subscriptions and credit-pack purchases through our payment processor.

04Data for print shops

If you are a customer using an embedded Studio, the shop receives the concepts you create and, if you choose to share them, your contact details so they can follow up about your project. Each shop is responsible for how it uses that information under its own privacy practices.

If you are a shop owner, you are responsible for handling your customers' data lawfully, including honoring their privacy requests.

05Sharing and processors

We share information only as needed to run the service, including with:

• Payment processing - Stripe, to handle subscriptions, credit purchases, and invoices. Rezify does not store full card numbers.
• Infrastructure and AI generation - cloud hosting and model providers that process design inputs to produce concepts.
• Legal - when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

06Retention

We keep concepts, leads, and account data for as long as a shop account is active or as needed to provide the service. Shops can delete concepts and leads from the dashboard; deleted items are removed from active systems within a reasonable period, subject to backups and legal requirements.

07Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights for data held by a shop, contact that shop directly; for data we hold as a controller, contact us using the details below.

08Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and tokenized payments to protect your information. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard data and notify affected parties of material incidents as required by law.
